Import Export Specialist – Monterrey Plant

As an Import Export Specialist, you’ll be part of our Customs team working as an onsite employee in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of documents required by Mexican customs to comply with statutes and enable imports and exports.
• Preparation of annual reports for Mexican authorities, including reports downloaded from our integral customs system (bastera) reporting imported versus exported materials, total sales and added values.
• Administration in the VUCEM Portal regarding requirements and notifications of our operation.
• Control and operation of Annex24 and Annex31.
• Registration and monitoring of national suppliers and/or sub‑maquila for VAT and IEPS certification purposes.
• Certification and maintenance of the NEEC program.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience, preferably in customs or trade compliance.
