Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area. What You Will Do
Complete initial and reassessment visits for Advanced Personal Care clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, families, and caseworkers
Provide training, certification support, and ongoing education for nursing staff
Supervise, coach, and evaluate nurses in the field
Ensure services meet company standards and state regulations
Serve as a clinical resource and support problem solving in real time
