Opportunity Description
Our team of 3 lawyers and a surgeon deals with medicolegal civil and administrative litigation files.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcription of dictations and legal files using transcription software; correcting grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Editing and combining documents in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe PDF.
- Organizing and summarizing emails, medical charts, and Google Drive folders.
- Assisting with document proofreading and completion.
- Coordinating task assignments and ensuring proper communication between staff.
- Other miscellaneous admin tasks.
