In-house Financial Accountant

Role Description

The Financial Accountant will be the guardian of Chocolate Tribe’s financial health and its community legacy. You will provide high-level advisory and strategic oversight for the studio’s commercial operations while ensuring financial sustainability and compliance for our non‑profit arm, the AVIJOZI NPC. This role requires a versatile and adaptable leader who can navigate both the corporate creative sector and the specialised world of non‑profit financial management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting
   • Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports for Chocolate Tribe.
   • Manage full‑function accounting, including balance sheets and project‑margin analysis.
   • Provide strategic advice to the CEO on cash flow and financial risk mitigation.
   • Assist in client liaison and account management, supported by the Production Team.
