For an internationally active, technology-driven investment firm in Vienna, we are building a highly selective in-house research function focused on identifying the top 0.1% of quantitative talent globally.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a high-precision research position requiring analytical sharpness, intellectual rigor and uncompromising standards.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage exceptional quantitative researchers, PhDs and top-tier analysts (EU / US)
- Rigorously analyze CVs with investment-level precision
- Rank and filter candidates under strict excellence criteria
- Build long-term pipelines with strong Vienna / EU retention logic
- Work closely with the investment team to understand performance drivers
- Develop sourcing strategies beyond standard LinkedIn outreach
