Opportunity Description

Cell based assays : Candidate with have good knowledge on cell culturing techniques, Cell based assays. Ex: Cell viability assay.

Biochemical assays: Hands on experience of conducting biochemical assays and cellular assays would be required.

Techniques: good handling of instruments, protein estimation & Western blot analysis.

Well versed with the data analysis techniques/software (GraphPad prism is must) used in laboratories.

Should be familiar with latest technologies used for protein expression and purifications and characterization of proteins and antibodies.

Basic knowledge on biochemical and cell-based assays

Team player, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams,

strong analytical skills and ability to work under stringent timelines, good communication skills

Multi-channel pipettes, Multimode plate readers, Western blot apparatus, operation of centrifuge, ELISA etc
