- Answer customer inquiries
- Answer inbound sales calls
- Attend to billing concerns
- Resolve billing disputes
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Must have at least 6 months of continuous inbound sales and customer service experience in a BPO company
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Clear and friendly tone
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to multitask
- Willing to work on-site
- Willing to work full-time night shift
- Able to work on weekends
