Main duties and responsibilities
Co-ordinate all inbound shipments across multiple manufacturing and warehouse sites.Allocate inbound shipments to the most appropriate transport mode based on cost, lead time, and material type.Manage high-volume containerised, groupage, and courier freight.Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or risks.Act as primary point of contact for freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.Prepare and manage TSS (Trader Support Service) declarations for inbound movements. Manage and ensure duty reimbursement for GB-NI inbounds.Maintain compliant customs documentation and support inspections or clearance queries.Support internal and external audits and maintain auditable logistics records.Work closely with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams across multiple sites.Track inbound...
