Inbound Team Lead

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a proactive Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with Supervisors. In this role, you’ll showcase your leadership skills by coordinating workflows, assigning and monitoring tasks for warehouse associates, tracking transactions, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the inbound department. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of daily performance while driving collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
YOUR TASKS
* Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems
* Be knowledgeable of all areas of operations and the links between them
* Coordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets is met
* Monitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the Supervisors
