Opportunity Description
In this role, you will
- The candidate will do service management for IBM FileNet, Captiva and HSBC in‑house product like CCS. He should be aware of IBM FileNet and OTX Captiva solution. The candidate must have good technical knowledge of Java, Linux and must be well versed with ServiceNow.
- As roles demands, service management, the candidate will have to connect with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to manage the service and software to the latest version. The candidate needs to manage end‑to‑end project deliveries and should be able to resolve any technical issues.
- Scope Management, Strategic thinking – to see a big picture and to understand if the project fits in with the organizational goals. Determine how the project impacts other business areas/projects.
- Candidate should be aware of various controls in Software Development and Deployment cycles.
