Incident Response Operator

*Position Summary * Incumbents of this position provide towing and first response services at incidents which occur within the Tunnels System; reports unsafe road conditions to the Highway Operations Center (HOC) and corrects such conditions where possible; and performs other duties as assigned from time to time. *Duties and Responsibilities* * The shifts for these positions vary and are subject to bi-annual shift bids and/or operational need. The shifts are 6:00am - 2:30pm, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, and 9:30pm - 6:00am. * Maintains surveillance and provides immediate response for all types of incidents from assigned emergency stations or platforms.
