Opportunity Description
Enhance Indigenous engagement efforts as an Indigenous Engagement Advisor with Pembina Pipeline Corporation, based in Calgary or Sherwood Park. This hybrid role centers on consultation and relationship building with Indigenous communities.
As a key member of the External Affairs team, you'll lead consultations supporting regulatory applications, ensuring Indigenous perspectives inform project planning. You'll be responsible for developing community-specific Relationship Agreements, fostering respectful and culturally sensitive communication throughout project lifecycles. Your ability to build trust and coordinate engagements will help anchor Pembina’s commitment to Indigenous partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project consultations for regulatory applications and permits
• Develop and implement tailored Relationship Agreements
• Act as primary contact for Indigenous communities in operations
• Coordinate community meetings and tracking engagement initiatives
