Opportunity Description
- Act as the tax focal point for ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS, withholding taxes, and ancillary obligations.
- Actively participate in Tax Reform projects, with strong technical knowledge of the new IBS and CBS taxes, supporting impact assessments, process adaptations, and strategic discussions with business areas.
- Act as a Business Partner to Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams, leading technical discussions and translating tax risks in a clear, objective, and business-oriented manner.
- Manage tax incentives and benefits applicable to the company, ensuring correct application, compliance with legal requirements, risk control, and continuous monitoring of related obligations and counterparties.
- Manage and coordinate tax vendors and third parties (BPO, consultancies, and partners), ensuring technical quality, timely delivery, alignment with internal guidelines, and operational efficiency.
