Access | Partners in Property is seeking an Indoor Crop Production Leading Hand to manage crop production processes in Pokeno, Waikato. Responsibilities include ensuring plant health, operating irrigation systems, and maintaining biosecurity standards.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience or a level 4 qualification. The role offers a pay rate of $30 – $36 per hour for 30 to 40 hours a week, supporting ongoing business growth.
