Indoor Sales Executive - Welding Products & Equipments

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to handle shop sales and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
• Promote and sell welding equipment, cutting tools, PPE and safety accessories.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle billing transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom shop is well maintained.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
