Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Indoor Sales Support Cum Telemarketer to prospect and generating new sales leads through cold calling and networking. Job Description: Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling and networking. Securing of appointments with target companies. Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries. Gathering information and sharing of customer's feedback with the wider team. Coordinate with sales to assist on pricing with local or overseas vendor to obtain accurate rates. Prepare freight quotations for air, sea and land shipments based on customer requirements. Perform any other ad-hoc duties / target sector as assigned.
