**Job Description**
We are seeking an Industrial Electrical Estimator with expertise in developing accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with estimating software, such as McCormick, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. An understanding of construction disciplines and sequence is essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop estimates for budgets and schedules by applying productivity factors specific to complicated projects, confined spaces, phased shutdowns, bypass pumping, and compressed schedules.
+ Perform detailed electrical takeoffs from project specifications, one-line diagrams, P&IDs, control schematics, MCC and VFD schedules, lighting, grounding, and site plans, network diagrams, and riser diagrams.
+ Identify costs associated with general and special conditions.
+ Develop relationships with general contractors and clients.
