Industrial Engineer & Continuous Improvement – Faucets PlantWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: Juarez, Nuevo LeónUnder the supervision of the Project Specialist/CIC, this position implements manufacturing processes and leads continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, reduce waste and cost, and improve working conditions.Essential responsibilities include reviewing standard times, performing 5‐S audits, and monitoring KOS savings.ResponsibilitiesOptimize sequence of operations and balance production lines.Reduce cycle time, worker effort, inventory, and floor waste.Improve ergonomic conditions and eliminate waste.Use 7‐Waste reduction forms to support continuous improvement.Analyze throughput, OEE, and bottleneck data; lead throughput improvement processes.Assess process work conditions—space, layout, lighting, breaks, manpower, tools and equipment.Support KOS events and apply methodology to all teams.Develop and maintain Standard Work studies (no older than one yea...
