Opportunity Description

Purpose

This position provides engineering and project support to Save A Lot facilities to drive labor improvements through engineered labor standards. Execute project initiatives for performance incentives, cost benefit evaluations, workflow analysis, asset utilization and scheduling optimization. Track progress on key measurables and communicate to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule project scopes, specifications, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support network initiatives
  • Validate and maintain time-studied standards
  • Calculate and implement performance incentives
  • Ensure labor management system is accurate and fully utilized at all assigned sites
  • Create scheduling tools which accurately reflect work content of a site
  • Create and deliver training for on labor management standard and systems
  • Evaluation of material handling equipment and requirements
    • FULL_TIME Drafters, Engineering Technicians, and Mapping Technicians
