- Bachelor’s Degree, BTech or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen) and performance analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
