Job Description :

• Recruit, train, manage & develop team members
• Create, review & approve all routing
• Create, maintain & solve issue for incentive system
• Create SOP for all operations
• Create, use, maintain, solve issue & develop IE option in MAPICS system
• Take care industrial engineering method & tool for production
• Train best practice for production people
• Design & deploy factory/ section layout & tool
• Manage & develop sewing step project
• Manage & develop sewing part layout project
• Deploy production efficiency improvement activity
• Communicate with China facility & US for IE activities deployment
• Process Lean & 6S activities
• Support production for problem solving & continuous improvement
• Process new projects that are assigned from Senior Engineering Manager & Board of Director
• Have continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree.
