The team works with factory leadership and the corporate head office to lead disciplined decision‑making and identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies across the manufacturing network.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IE specialist to join our team at the Winnipeg Facility. The successful candidate will establish labour standards, track labour performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support medium and long‑term strategic initiatives within Maple Leaf Foods. The role requires partnership with stakeholders across marketing, R&D, operations, finance, and more to develop comprehensive and sustainable plans that meet company objectives in a zero‑based budget environment.
