Opportunity Description
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Company provides industrial waste services to its customers. The Industrial HazMat Driver operates a tractor-trailer and other truck equipment to haul industrial waste to a variety of final disposal or recycle facilities. The Industrial HazMat Driver provides efficient response times and a high level of service to the Company’s customers.
**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Transports hazardous waste, hazardous materials, industrial fluids, and non-hazardous wastes in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
+ Operates a variety of vehicles including, but not limited to vans, straight trucks, tankers, vacuum tankers and roll offs.
+ Performs safety inspections and maintains a DOT driver’s log and records, as required by DOT.
+ Conducts pre- and post-trip inspections of all equipment operated as required or instructed.
