Opportunity Description
Responsibilities Supervise and lead janitorial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of cleaning duties Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate reordering as needed Address and resolve employee or client concerns in a timely manner Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA and company compliance standards are followed Track attendance, payroll inputs, and productivity metrics Communicate with management and clients regarding service quality and improvements Assist with cleaning duties as needed during staffing shortages or peak times Qualifications Must have a Valid State D...
