Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations for printing production equipment, facility systems, and building upkeepLead and develop maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance managementManage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performancePartner with production leadership to maximize machine uptime and support operational goalsPromote and enforce workplace safety, EHS initiatives, and emergency response proceduresCoordinate equipment repairs, facility projects, contractors, and vendor relationshipsSupport continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reductionAssist with budgeting, inventory/parts management, and capital planningRequirements:
