Responsibilities
Provide technical support in person or over the phone to educate potential customers on the safe use and features of waterblast equipmentGenerate work order to perform routine scheduled maintenance on equipment and complete necessary documentation that work is completedPerform assembly and/or repair services, at customer facility or job site as requestedInspect and diagnose customer and company owned equipment, and perform necessary repairs for equipment to be fully operationalAssign necessary parts to appropriate work orders, maintain sufficient inventory levels, reorder parts/supplies as needed and perform cycle counts to reconcile variances, as requiredPerform Check in and Check out processes of all Rental Equipment, document any necessary repairs or damage and notify appropriate individuals of charges for repairsAs needed, safely load and unload waterblast equipment...
