This is not a shadowing programme. You will own a defined project, work alongside experienced engineers and business professionals, and present outcomes to leadership.
What You'll DoConduct a comprehensive Value Stream Map (VSM) of the production floor operations, capturing process flows, cycle times, waste identification, and improvement opportunities across the AIT and manufacturing sequence.

- Waste identification and cycle-time analysis report
- Improvement opportunity recommendations
- Final presentation of findings to operations leadership
- Lean manufacturing principles and VSM methodology
