Opportunity Description
Kelly Services is hiring an **Industrial Paint/Powder Coater** on behalf of a respected Canton-area manufacturer with over a century of industry experience. This company produces precision metal products and components for a variety of industrial applications and is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and employee development.
**$22.00 - $25.00 Based on Experience**
**Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Apply wet paint and/or powder coatings using industrial spray equipment.
+ Prepare metal components for painting and coating.
+ Set up and operate industrial parts washer.
+ Load and unload parts from the conveyor system.
+ Mix paint to the required color and consistency or load powder into hoppers.
+ Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper bake times and temperatures.
+ Inspect finished products and verify coating thickness using a mil thickness gauge.
