Industrial Plant Maintenance Lead

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance in our Hazelnut Company facility in Los Ángeles, Chile. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities ensuring operational continuity and efficiency of production processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and approximately 5 years of relevant experience in production plants, with a strong focus on team management and problem-solving abilities.

Intermediate English proficiency and SAP experience are preferred. This role offers an excellent opportunity to impact the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
