Key Responsibilities
Industrial Relations & Labour Law
- Represent the company at conciliations and arbitrations
- Handle unfair dismissal and unfair labour practice disputes
- Investigate labour disputes and ensure legislative compliance
- Conduct IR risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
- Train management on:
- Disciplinary procedures
- Grievance procedures
- Poor performance processes
- Incapacity procedures
- Promote dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, and advisory services
- Submit monthly IR reports to management
- Advise within communication structures such as ERC
