You’ll keep production equipment safe, steady, and ready—tackling preventive work before issues arise and jumping on breakdowns with calm precision when they do. If you’ve spent time as an industrial maintenance mechanic and love solving tough mechanical problems, we’d love to talk.

You’ll start by reviewing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, then move through the floor checking equipment health and safety. As the day unfolds, you’ll troubleshoot mechanical faults, bring machines back online, support equipment installs, and coordinate with production to optimize workflows for safety, scrap reduction, and throughput. When needed, you’ll perform tool setups, mold changes, and production sampling to keep lines moving.
