Industrial Senior/Engineer

Responsibilities Conduct time and method studies validate UPH and maintain capacity database/models. Perform capacity planning (mid/long-term), forecasting, and scenario analysis. Prepare CAPEX justifications and support execution. Plan and optimize layouts using AutoCAD drive shop floor improvements. Establish and update technical standards (UPH, utilization, MMR). Lead efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives. Perform cost analysis and develop plant cost reduction methodologies. Support cross-functional projects. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. ≥2 years Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel (VBA), Microsoft Project database skills a plus. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills able to work independently.
