Job Summary Brice Equipment, LLC Regular JOB SUMMARY: The Industrial Services General Foreman is responsible for providing front-line leadership and supervision to field crews engaged in conveyor belt installations, rubber repair, and related process maintenance activities for mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial clients. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations. The General Foreman supports the Industrial Program Services Superintendent by coordinating daily work activities, mentoring tradespeople, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety. Essential Functions Supervise and coordinate crews performing conveyor belt installation, splicing, rubber lining, and repair services.
