:This course is designed to build background knowledge regarding oral, reading, and writing development in second or foreign language learning contexts. The course examines language acquisition theories and literacy development as related to teaching children and youth in diverse global contexts.Qualifications – Required Academic Degree:Doctoral degree in education or related discipline; Bachelor of Education and/or K – 12 Teaching Certification; K – 12 teaching experience in the content area; evidence of teaching in an online context
