Infectious Disease Physician

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join a hospital-based team in Southern Maine, providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient infectious disease care within a collaborative and multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

• Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of infectious diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Provide expert consultation for complex infections and antimicrobial stewardship programs
• Participate in hospital infection prevention and control initiatives
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, surgeons, primary care, and specialty teams to coordinate patient care
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts, policy development, and evidence-based clinical protocols
