Influencer(talent) agent

About the Role

We're seeking an Influencer Agent with strong You Tube-first experience to help grow and manage a roster of creators while expanding our network of brand relationships. In this role, you'll own creator relationships end-to-end, lead outreach and negotiations, review agreements, and consistently improve both deal volume and offer quality across all managed creators with focusing strictly on You Tube partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with You Tube creators and brand partners Grow the roster by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential You Tube talent Leverage existing brand connections and proactively develop new relationships to expand partnership opportunities Increase the number and value of inbound and outbound offers across all managed creators Proactively source and pitch brand partnerships via email, Linked In, and video calls Negotiate and close brand deals for 10+ You Tube ...
