The Information Desk Attendant at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks. In addition to typical customer service-related tasks, this role includes monitoring the parking lot through security cameras, assisting with parking gate tasks and ticket validation, collecting payments for public skating events birthday parties, and ensuring that all participants have paid and signed the necessary waivers.Key Responsibilities:
