Opportunity Description
The Information Governance and Security Team are looking to recruit a self-motivated team member with excellent interpersonal skills and an organised approach to take on the exciting role of Information Governance Assistant. You will be a key member of a diverse and skilled information governance team.
This post will be predominately within the Corporate Records Management area however any tasks within the description will be expected when required.
You will assist the team with day-to-day duties managing the administrative functions of the Information Governance and Security Department.
You will assist with minute taking for IG&S Operational and Steering Group and other meetings as necessary.
The role supports the population and regular review of the Board’s Information Asset Register to ensure it is complete and up to date and provide standard set reports to senior managers.
