Information Security Specialist IT

Overview

RONAL GROUP is seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist IT to join our head office in Härkingen, Switzerland, to strengthen our Information Security Management System (ISMS). Your work will apply international standards, regulatory frameworks, and customer-specific requirements to ensure robust, group-wide IT security. By identifying vulnerabilities and preventing incidents, you will help drive the maturity and sustainability of our cybersecurity landscape.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments, including technical security audits and penetration testing
• Prepare and support internal/external audits and certifications (e.g., TISAX, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 31000)
