Key Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and translate business needs into clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Review implementation plans, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and ICT teams for ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts (e.g., using Tricentis Tosca) to support functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
- Validate system enhancements against business requirements and expectations.
- Track and manage defects throughout the lifecycle, from identification to closure, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and guidelines.
