Information Technology Executive

Oon & Bazul LLC, a prominent Singapore Law Firm is looking to hire an IT Executive to support the day‑to‑day IT operationsof the firm. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution and operationaldelivery of day to day IT support.

The IT Executive should be equipped to manage Level 1 and Level 2 support, assist with system operations, manage IT assets, and help coordinate updates, upgrades, and patching to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users (hardware, software, connectivity issues).
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and common application issues.
• Support Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant vendors.
