Information Technology Implementation

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Hospital Information System (HIS).
Coordinate with hospital departments for requirement gathering and workflow mapping.
Conduct user training sessions for doctors, nurses, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other end users.
Perform software installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Provide onsite and remote support for software-related issues.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
Monitor project timelines and ensure successful project completion within deadlines.
Support data migration and master data configuration activities.
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams regarding project status and issue tracking.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-implementation support.
