The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, connecting clients with the right talent all while balancing client demands, market trends and candidate expectations while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking or referrals. Manage 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of candidates, offer management and negotiation.
