Key Responsibilities
• Client Success Leadership
o Provide direction and oversight to the IT Client Success team, including Implementation Specialists.
o Maintain direct accountability for client relationships, outcomes, and overall satisfaction.
• Implementation & Escalation Support
o Serve as the primary escalation point for client implementations.
o Act as a hands-on backup when needed to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery of IT solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with internal IT, Security, Sales, and Client Services teams.
• Drive alignment across departments to deliver a consistent, scalable, and high-quality client experience.
