We are seeking a Technical Consultant / Senior Infrastructure Engineer with experience in Product Implementation, supporting client-facing projects and BAU operations. The role involves 4th line support for technologies including Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, Power Shell, and Cloud services such as AWS and Azure. The position is based in Warrington and is office-based.

Ideal candidates will have a background in Infrastructure & Product Implementation and be prepared to bring their expertise to a hybrid role involving both consultancy and escalation support. You will lead a team of 1st/2nd line engineers and handle complex 3rd/4th line queries, with approximately 60% project work and 40% support.
