In this role, you will play a key part in the development and delivery of Microsoft 365-based Cloud Services, with a primary focus on Unified Communications and hands-on experience with configuring, managing and optimising the CXone platform, routing and IVR management, analytics and reporting You will also contribute to a wide variety of projects and support initiatives across our IT infrastructure.
