Infrastructure manager

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for providing the strategic direction for the infrastructure function on a company level. You will lead the development of infrastructure architecture, planning and implementation of standards and procedures for the organisation. Together with the successful candidate, systems admin engineers and third-party service providers, you will provide a reliable, highly available server and network infrastructure service to users.

Responsibilities Ensure systems reliability and SLA's are met Oversee the IT infrastructure department, including Servers, Services, Network and Vo IP and end-user support Manage day to day operations across the team, continuously improving costs, performance and end user satisfaction Manage the IT infrastructure budget Manage and achieve full value of IT assets Manage relationships with service providers.
