Infrastructure Manager

We are partnering with a rapidly growing telecoms and wireless infrastructure business looking to appoint a Infrastructure Manager to lead national infrastructure operations across multiple regions.

This is a senior technical leadership role combining RF engineering, infrastructure operations, field team leadership, network optimisation, and large-scale deployment oversight. The role reports into the Head of Operations with regular exposure to executive leadership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading national infrastructure and field operations teams
• Overseeing wireless, fibre, microwave, and tower infrastructure
• Driving RF optimisation, network performance, and uptime
• Managing infrastructure deployments, maintenance, and quality assurance
