Opportunity Description
Lead the Infrastructure & SRE division at TailorCare, focusing on security, scalability, and operational excellence in a remote first setting. Your hands-on expertise in Terraform and AWS will enhance TailorCare’s infrastructure.
As the Infrastructure & SRE Director, you will own the functional responsibilities while collaborating closely with other directors in Software Engineering and Data Engineering. This role requires direct involvement in incident management and continuous improvement of the team. Your impact will be felt as you build processes and drive technical governance from the ground up.
