Education
Last Semester of Engineering, Textiles, Industrial Design, etc. (or other suitable technical degree preferred).
None to 1year job related experience (Preferable)
Technical Skills.
Willing to develop ability on:
- Seat Patterning - Able to complete seat patterns
- Understanding and applying one or more basic problem-solving techniques (eg. BEP, Kepner-Tregoe, Six-Sigma, etc.) to help solve a real-world issue.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process and requirements of a Trimcover
- Understand and basic operating of seat equipment used in trim cover manufacturing (NC Cutter, Sewing Machines etc.)
- Trim Cover Sewing
- Safety Requirements within a trim cover
- Standard components used within a trim cover.
- Knowledge of Material specifications and guidelines(Cloth, Leather, Vynil,etc)
- Understanding of 2D component and product drawings.
- Change management and BOM control
